This notices applies to all information collected and/or submitted on the Trinity Relocation Group website and network websites. All emails, form submissions, and any correspondence online or offline is solely used by Trinity Relocation Group and network affiliations, with the intent to provide the service(s) for which you have requested. For example, the information collected via a form submission will be shared with the auto transporter, mover, and any other related company required to make your long distance relocation as stress-free as possible. Information will NOT be sent to anyone/business who is not considered the party that was intended to get the information.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put into place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
We NEVER collect or maintain information on our website form those we actually know are under the age of 16, and no segment to the website or business structure is intended to attract an audience under the age of 16.
Please note that although a moving carrier, Trinity Relocation Group is also a properly licensed interstate moving broker. When acting as a broker, Trinity Relocation Group is not acting as a motor carrier and will not transport an individual shipper’s household goods, but will coordinate and arrange for the transportation of household goods through a United States Department of Transportation US DOT/FMCSA authorized motor carrier, who charges will be determined by its published tariff. All estimated charges and final actual charges will be based upon the carrier’s tariff which is available for inspection from the carrier upon reasonable request.
IF ELECTING TO CANCEL YOUR MOVE WITH TRINITY RELOCATION GROUP, WRITTEN NOTIFICATION MUST BE SENT TO INFO@TRINITYRELOCATIONGROUP.COM
Estimates may be canceled and deposits are fully refundable if the customer cancels the estimate/order within 72 hours of placing their reservation (minus 10% merchant processing fee). From 72 hours after placing the reservation, up to 48 hours prior to the client’s first available pickup date, any cancellation request will result in 50% refund. Any cancellation request received within 48 hours of a customer’s first available pickup date will result in forfeiture of their down payment. If placing your reservation within 5 business days of your first available pickup date, the deposit is non-refundable for scheduling and routing purposes. All non-refundable deposits can be utilized towards a future reservation within a 12 month period from the date of original reservation.
