All emails, form submissions, and any correspondence online or offline is solely used by Trinity Relocation Group and network affiliations, with the intent to provide the service(s) for which you have requested. For example, the information collected via a form submission will be shared with the auto transporter, mover, and any other related company required to make your long distance relocation as stress-free as possible. Information will NOT be sent to anyone/business who is not considered the party that was intended to get the information.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put into place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
We NEVER collect or maintain information on our website form those we actually know are under the age of 16, and no segment to the website or business structure is intended to attract an audience under the age of 16.
Trinity Relocation Group is a properly licensed interstate moving broker. When acting as a broker, Trinity Relocation Group is not acting as a motor carrier and will not transport an individual shipper’s household goods, but will coordinate and arrange for the transportation of household goods through a United States Department of Transportation US DOT/FMCSA authorized motor carrier, who charges will be determined by its published tariff. All estimated charges and final actual charges will be based upon the carrier’s tariff which is available for inspection from the carrier upon reasonable request.

Estimates may be canceled penalty-free and deposits are fully refundable only if the customer cancels the move in writing during the 3-day window immediately after Bill of Lading is singed (or e-signed) subect to 49 CFR § 375-505(h). After this 3 day window, any cancellation request will result in a 50% refund of the deposit up until one week prior to pickup. If cancelling your reservation within one week of your first available pickup date, the deposit is non-refundable for scheduling and routing purposes. Any non-refundable deposit can be used towards a future reservation within a 12-month period from the date of the original reservation. Moving services may not begin until the contract for service (Bill of Lading) is signed by the customer authorizing the mover to begin services. Services may not be canceled after the customer’s property has been loaded on the truck.
